Data: Summary of results of simulations from model2 posterior to compare antimicrobials and hospitalisation — btESBL_model2simulations

These simulations summarise the effects of 1-7 days of antimicrobial and hospital exposure from fitted model 2 to compare their effects Unlike the other simulation dataframes these are summaries - the full raw data is too large. This assumes a probability of 0.5 at time 0.

A data frame with 1,400 rows and 6 variables:

time: Time/days
days: Number of days of exposure of the covariate in the exposure variable
exposure: Exposure of interest: Antimicrobials or Hospitalisation
median: Median probability of colonisation with ESBL
lq: Lower bound of 95% CrI of colonisation probability
uq: Upper bound of 95% CrI of colonisation probability
